• Actual speeds may vary from advertised speeds and are not guaranteed depending on the service location, the devices used, network traffic, and type of data being transmitted.
• Modem is on rental and its warranty is fully covered during the entire duration of the service subscription.
• E-bill is FREE (Optional Paper Bill at RM 5 monthly).
• RM50 rebate will be provided when the modem is returned in good working condition upon service termination. (not applicable during cooling-off period)
• RM200 administrative fee is chargeable if the service is terminated within 12 months.
• An additional deposit of RM100 is required for Non-Malaysian subscribers.
